The 3rd EDU-VET project meeting will take place from 16th to 18th of March 2021 online via Zoom.
This meeting will be held after a rough prototype of curriculum and courses has been developed. It gives the partners a chance to focus on the versions, discuss them and and make sure that the development activities are heading in the right direction. The meeting is vital for giving the right input from all sides so that the consortium ends up with a polished product of high quality as well as a modulare course approach which fits to the curricular elements and the competences and skills which should be addressed. At this point major changes can still be made in the development process.
After the meeting we will provide you with further results!
In the last few weeks, the EDU-VET project team has been very busy. Please have a closer look under the tab “Deliverables”. There you will find more results and insights into the project activities. The EDU-VET project will keep you regularly updated!

We are back from the winter break with the publication of the 2nd Internal Evaluation Report. This report is now online and can be downloaded under the tab Deliverables.

The 2nd EDU-VET Newsletter is now available for download. It informs about the projects results and gives further insights into future project activities. Enjoy reading!
The 2nd Transnational Meeting was conducted online from 17th to 19th of November 2020.
We had a successful meeting with many fruitful discussions. The meeting familiarised the partners with current status of the EDU-VET project and helped to get into a smooth working atmosphere. Firstly, the Summary Research Report (IO1) were discussed. Moreover, the Learning Outcome Matrix and the structure of the EDU-VET Curriculum (IO2) were presented and the partners discussed ideas and the future work. Therefore, the partners focused the development of courses for online and classroom scenarios (IO3). Besides, first examples of best practices of the Online Showroom were also presented (IO5). The work plan was also established and the importance of dissemination was emphasised. The financial and administrative structure of the project and its reporting were addressed and discussed. Finally, the meeting evaluation was conducted.
We are looking forward to the future project work!

After the summer break we will start in a new round of project work. Unfortunately, we are not able to meet with all partners on site. Therefore, the University of Paderborn is organising an Online-Project meeting from 17th to 19th November 2020. The focus will be on the completion of IO1 and on discussions concerning IO2 and IO3. We are looking forward to the Online-project meeting and will keep you informed about further progress and results of the meeting!
Prof. Dr. Marc Beutner, coordinator of the EDU-VET project, has published another article about the relevance of digital teaching and learning in times of the Corona Pandemic. In this context Prof. Beutner pushes the discussion about the use of digital instruments in the vocational and educational system and highlights that, especially during the corona crisis, didactical implications seem more present than ever.
